Trever Neves

Mr. Trever Neves, one of the founders and principals of Acclaim Technical Services, currently serves as the President and CEO. A proven leader and successful entrepreneur, Mr. Neves has extensive experience in developing successful solutions including Language Services, Intelligence Analysis and Information Technology programs for the U.S. Government. Mr. Neves has developed and implemented innovative strategies for government and non-governmental agencies to rapidly respond to critical and evolving needs. With over 8 years of service, he has been responsible for the overall management, recruiting methodologies and operations that have proven to be a cornerstone of the Acclaim Technical Services' success.

Jon Grund

Mr. Grund joined Acclaim Technical Services as its Chief Financial Officer in January 2008. Since 1994, Mr. Grund was a partner in North American Capital Partners (NACP), a regional investment bank serving middle market companies, and since 1998 served as it Managing Director. While at NACP, Mr. Grund advised companies in a variety of transactions including private placements, public offerings, mergers, acquisitions and business valuations. In conjunction with these assignments, Mr. Grund also served as the interim CFO of a venture backed technology company and a publicly traded manufacturing company during its reorganization and merger. Earlier in his career, Mr. Grund was an engineer with Rockwell International developing leading edge technologies for the defense industry. Mr. Grund received his MBA from the Peter F. Drucker Graduate Management Center at the Claremont Graduate School and his undergraduate degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Engineering Management from the University of North Dakota.

Ed Zapolsky

Mr. Zapolsky holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Southern Illinois University and is a Certified Internet Recruiter. He has streamlined recruiting processes in the professional augmentation services industry for over twelve years. He cultivates long term relationships with his clients within the defense industry and commercial sector enabling a fluid pipeline of qualified individuals to the appropriate programs in need. As the Vice President of Commercial Sales and a career consultant, Mr. Zapolsky manages the team to ensure each specialist diligently identifies and isolates the strongest talent for delivery to the customer.

Bryan Hurley

Mr. Hurley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Affairs and Economics from the George Washington University. He has over 13 years of experience in the language services field for the Federal Government and is a seasoned manager of large, diversified teams. His government experience gives him the working knowledge necessary to manage sensitive programs. He has created and managed workflow processes for large mission critical support elements. After 7 years as an Arabic Linguist in the Marine Corps, he established himself in Document Exploitation and Linguistics. As a contractor, he managed a Document Exploitation (DOCEX) team where he directed the flow, handling, and distribution of materials from Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. While managing the DOCEX team, he participated in the technical development of The Deployable Harmony Collection Tool as liaison to the National Ground Intelligence Center on Project Harmony. Mr. Hurley is the Vice President of Government Solutions.

Michael Barnes

Mr. Barnes joined Acclaim Technical Services as its Director of Recruitment in April 2008. Mr. Barnes retired from the United States Army in 2003 after 20 years of experience involving Special Operations Command (SOCOM) and the United States Army Recruiting Command (USAREC.) Upon retirement from military service Mr. Barnes was selected by the Titan Corporation to lead new efforts involving the United States Intelligence Command (INSCOM) in Doha, Qatar (June 2003 - May 2004), Training Exercise Support at the National Training Center (NTC), and Training Exercise Support for the 2nd Infantry Brigade Korea (June -September 2004.) Mr. Barnes served as the Deputy Director of Recruiting for L-3 Communications (Dec 2005 - April 2008) prior to joining Acclaim Technical Services. Mr. Barnes is a proven leader with impeccable character, quality business ethics and possesses a well developed global network of contacts which will aid Acclaim Technical Services continued world wide growth.
