Trever Neves
Mr. Trever Neves, one of the founders and principals of Acclaim Technical Services, currently serves as the President and CEO. A proven leader and successful entrepreneur, Mr. Neves has extensive experience in developing successful solutions including Language Services, Intelligence Analysis and Information Technology programs for the U.S. Government. Mr. Neves has developed and implemented innovative strategies for government and non-governmental agencies to rapidly respond to critical and evolving needs. With over 8 years of service, he has been responsible for the overall management, recruiting methodologies and operations that have proven to be a cornerstone of the Acclaim Technical Services' success.
Jon Grund
Mr. Grund joined Acclaim Technical Services as its Chief Financial Officer in January 2008. Since 1994, Mr. Grund was a partner in North American Capital Partners (NACP), a regional investment bank serving middle market companies, and since 1998 served as it Managing Director. While at NACP, Mr. Grund advised companies in a variety of transactions including private placements, public offerings, mergers, acquisitions and business valuations. In conjunction with these assignments, Mr. Grund also served as the interim CFO of a venture backed technology company and a publicly traded manufacturing company during its reorganization and merger. Earlier in his career, Mr. Grund was an engineer with Rockwell International developing leading edge technologies for the defense industry. Mr. Grund received his MBA from the Peter F. Drucker Graduate Management Center at the Claremont Graduate School and his undergraduate degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Engineering Management from the University of North Dakota.
Ed Zapolsky
Mr. Zapolsky holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Southern Illinois University and is a Certified Internet Recruiter. He has streamlined recruiting processes in the professional augmentation services industry for over twelve years. He cultivates long term relationships with his clients within the defense industry and commercial sector enabling a fluid pipeline of qualified individuals to the appropriate programs in need. As the Vice President of Commercial Sales and a career consultant, Mr. Zapolsky manages the team to ensure each specialist diligently identifies and isolates the strongest talent for delivery to the customer.
Don Jensen
Mr. Jensen joined Acclaim Technical Services as its Vice President of Operations in June of 2010. Prior to joining ATS, Mr. Jensen spent over 26 years in leadership positions within both the public and private sectors. Mr. Jensen started his career as an officer in the United States Marine Corps, where he spent 10 years as an Artillery and Intelligence Officer. During his last tour, Mr. Jensen led the All-Source Analysis activities for the Marine Forces in Somalia during Operation Restore Hope. Mr. Jensen moved to private industry in 1994, when he joined TASC in support of the Defense Airborne Reconnaissance Office (DARO) at the Pentagon. Since 1997, Mr. Jensen has led Business Development activities at TASC, Northrop Grumman, and Parsons focused on penetrating new markets within the Intelligence Community. Mr. Jensen holds a Masters of Business Administration from The George Washington University and Bachelor of Arts degrees in History and International Relations from the University of Southern California.
Dave Cerne
Mr. Cerne joined Acclaim Technical Services as its Chief Operating Officer in July, 2010. Prior to joining Acclaim, Mr. Cerne was a Vice President at Science Applications International Corporation where he served in multiple capacities, including program manager, division manager and business development manager. While at SAIC, Mr. Cerne managed a 150+ person language services program and leveraged this program to build an $80 million language services portfolio through organic and acquisitive growth. Mr. Cerne also served 12 years as a Contracting Officer and Logistics Officer for the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and his time at CIA included an overseas posting. Mr. Cerne holds a Masters of Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
Ryan Rowe
Mr. Rowe joined Acclaim Technical Services as its Assistant Vice President of Business Development Operations in October 2010. Prior to joining ATS, Mr. Rowe was Proposal Director at SAIC, primarily responsible for language services and other intelligence, military and law enforcement capture and proposal efforts. SAIC purchased his former employer, SM Consulting, Inc. (SMC), a four time Inc. 500 winner and a leading provider language services. Mr. Rowe was Director of Corporate Services where he was responsible for a variety of functions including business development support, bid and proposal operations and information technology. Prior to SMC, he was Director of Information Technology for Nexus Communications, and held managerial positions at Verizon and consulting positions at NASDAQ and a variety of other customers in the commercial and government sectors. He earned his MBA in general management and marketing from Johns Hopkins University and his undergraduate degree in Management Information Systems from Penn State University.
