Procedures

Our Quality Control Procedures (QCP) consist primarily of a series of inspection and reporting procedures to be implemented on a scheduled and unscheduled basis throughout the duration of each project. ATS assumes overall responsibility for implementing the QCP and relies upon client specifications regarding each project’s specific requirements.

Methodology

Our methodology for monitoring the performance of all work requirements entails the establishment and complete understanding of all client specifications, standards, and policies relevant to the project. The clients requirements and standards are incorporated in our Standard Operating Procedures and workflow instructions for each project. This Standard Operating Procedure is then followed by each Project Manager and Service Provider Team working on the specific project. Our Quality Control Team conducts quality reviews to ensure that the work process and product being inspected complies with applicable requirements and standards.

Teamwork

Our Project Managers work with project teams, monitor their work, perform quality inspections, and verify corrective actions. Compliance with requirements, standards, and procedures appropriate to the work are crucial elements of our success. On our larger and more complex projects our team leads and project managers monitor the daily workflow and periodically inspect for quality control. It is imperative that our project managers have open lines of communication with our clients to ensure proper completion of projects with accurate and efficient reporting.

Consistency

Providing continuity of service is essential on all contracts. Project supervision is contract-specific and is achieved through various methods of performance monitoring, including the following:
